PROJECT SUMMARY:

A new middle school campus for Central Unified School District consisting of Administration, Library, Gymnasium, Multi-Use and three Classroom buildings. The Gymnasium building is constructed of structural steel framing with CMU shear walls, while the rest of the buildings are wood-framed with dimensional lumber, wood I-joists, glu-lam beams, structural steel and plywood shear walls for lateral resistance. There are several free-standing shade canopies on the site as well, which are constructed of steel HSS sections.
